Flexibility Tips

Here’s a highlight of a full Mobility, Dynamic and Static flexibility class. Honestly, it’s something probably 90% of people neglect. Stretching should be just as important as your training.

Stretching keeps your muscles flexible, strong and healthy. We need the flexibility to maintain a good range of motion within our joints. If our muscles get too tight/ short we could end up with injuries, strains or even joint pain. Due to lack of mobility and flexibility when you try to do exercise, the muscle is unable to perform correctly, due to the weakness of the muscle therefore unable to extend all the way.

Mobility can alleviate everyday aches and pains, and as a bonus, improves our bodies awareness. Let’s get moving peeps!!
